Guidelines

The Guidelines are intended to be useful to social partners as they seek to address, through social dialogue and collective bargaining, the impacts of digitalisation in the financial sector. In addition to providing a theoretical foundation, the Guidelines aim to provide specific tools to union delegates, worker representatives, EWC members, and others involved in social dialogue and collective bargaining. Specifically:

1.) Demystify the topic of digitalisation;

2.) Provide useful tools for approaching collective bargaining and social dialogue on issues related to digitalisation;

3.) Help partners understand key legislative and regulatory frameworks regarding digitalisation;

4.) Learn how to use the online LUCK platform
